The work is clear. The wellness emails are not ready to send unchanged.
The campaign shell, offer mechanics and most technical foundations are strong. Two material content problems need correction first: a countdown that does not match the public deadline, and an “unlock” that is already available on the free plan.
Fix these before uploading or scheduling the sequence.
Wellness email review
5 emails · 2 SMS · 2 in-app drafts
The countdown is not truthful
The Thursday “48 hours” and Friday “24 hours / last full day” messages imply a Saturday deadline. The public deadline was already Monday, then Saturday is framed as an “extension.” Hiding the date does not fix the underlying contradiction.
Thursday: “The Wellness offer ends Monday.” Friday: “A weekend to decide.” Saturday: “Ends Monday.” Remove “extended” and “yesterday’s deadline.” Change Friday SMS to “Final weekend” rather than “24 hours.”
AI Scribe is not a paid-plan unlock
The Wednesday email promises “three things you’d unlock,” but Carepatron states that AI Scribe is included on every plan, including Free. That makes the value section factually wrong.
Use three genuinely paid-plan benefits: automatic reminders, calendar sync, and advanced/custom workflows. Suggested heading: “Three ways a paid plan gives you time back.”
Use safer, plainer product language
Keep the supported eight-hours claim, but use Carepatron’s wording: “Carepatron helps clinicians save over eight hours of admin a week.” Change “keeps double-bookings out” to “helps prevent double-bookings.” Replace “Both versions close” with “Both offers end.”
Verify the testimonial permission
Dr Michelle Johnson and Essential Strides are verified Carepatron customer-story subjects. The exact balance quote was not found on the live story page. Keep it only if the original interview source and usage approval are confirmed.
Email-by-email recommendation
| Send | Verdict | Recommended change |
|---|---|---|
| Wed 26 · Value | Revise | Replace AI Scribe with a paid-only benefit; soften weak provider-name personalization; retain the supported time-saved message. |
| Thu 27 · 48 hours | Block | Replace the false countdown with the real Monday deadline. The offer cards and auto-applied-code explanation are otherwise clear. |
| Fri 28 · 24 hours | Block | Replace “24 hours,” “last full day,” and “the clock” language with a truthful final-weekend message. Update the paired SMS too. |
| Sat 29 · Extended | Block | Do not claim an extension when Monday was already public. Recast as a straightforward “Ends Monday” reminder. |
| Mon 31 · Ends today | Near-ready | Use “Both offers end tonight.” Verify the actual public close time and authenticated checkout links in the final test. |
Technical QA
What passed
- Every file is only 18–22 KB, safely below Gmail’s clipping threshold.
- Monthly and annual cards use the correct promo-code deep links and distinct UTMs.
- Unsubscribe tags use valid Customer.io Liquid syntax.
- Outlook VML buttons are present; hosted logo and testimonial images return successfully.
- The sales-booking link resolves successfully. All five files include mobile stacking rules.
What to fix in the HTML
- Increase 40px CTA buttons to at least 44px, ideally 48px, for touch accessibility.
- Add
role="presentation"to every layout table, not only the Outlook ghost tables. - Remove the stray opening
<meta>element and add an explicitsupported-color-schemes: lightmeta tag. - Dark-mode selectors reference a
.bodywrapper that is absent from the HTML fragment. Test in the actual Customer.io layout and pin structural backgrounds. - Test the provider-name Liquid with normal, blank, junk, long and special-character profiles.
Final pre-send gate
- Upload as drafts only after the content blockers are fixed.
- Test authenticated monthly and annual checkout paths; automated checks hit the app’s access protection and could not verify the logged-in journey.
- Send test emails to Gmail iOS dark mode, Outlook desktop and Apple Mail.
- Clone the intended audience exclusions and conversion goal; suppress converters between sends.
- Set the existing in-app message and both new in-app messages to expire at the approved deadline.
Priorities before Monday
Reconciled from recent Claude sessions
Correct and approve the Wellness final-week pack
The local creative exists. Fix the two blockers above, then build/upload drafts, QA and schedule. The current in-app message also needs a real expiry.
Fulfil nine accepted price-pilot offers
The oldest acceptance was already eight days old on 20 August. Coordinate fulfilment with Julian/Stripe, then take the 1,109-account rollout decision to Jamie before September reminders.
Test and start the Advanced-upgrade welcome campaign
The content and branches are complete. It still needs a test, the email action moved from draft to automatic, and the campaign started. Starting while the action remains draft would silently send nothing.
Review the two Slack feedback requests
Layer’s NPI/sign-up-flow request and Zoe’s second-round template designs. Slack was intentionally untouched in this session.
Finish the NPI handoff
The prototype has already been shared. The remaining confirmed work is Leah’s walkthrough/feedback and the practice-name versus registry legal-entity match-rate pull.
Unblock RFP Radar publishing
Create the Cloudflare Pages edit token when back at the laptop, finish source registrations, and verify the pursue list with Glen. Do not create a second AgentMail inbox.
Granola audit
17–23 August · read-only
No meeting material for the requested week was locally available.
The Executive vault contains no Granola summaries, filed notes or transcripts dated 17–23 August; the most recent filed meetings found were 13 August. Granola’s desktop cache exists but is encrypted. Therefore no Carlos-owned action could be verified from Granola, and no meeting-derived advice was invented.
- This does not prove there were no meetings; it proves the week was not exported or filed locally.
- There is no evidence that a paid Granola plan is required to recover the summaries.
- No Granola data, files, account settings or meeting notes were changed.
Learning Centre
Repository and prototype resolved
Correct production target
The production repository is Carepatron/Learn-Web. Friday’s current Academy prototype is the winner candidate; the older design picker is superseded. Production was not modified.
Local build task failed to launch
Two task-creation attempts and a same-directory fallback failed or stalled. No build, tests, branch, PR or deployment occurred. When back at the laptop, save Learn-Web as a Codex project and launch an isolated worktree task using the prepared scope.
Systems and safety
What changed—and what did not
| System | Status | Session outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Todoist | Disabled | The official connection is already configured but disabled. No tasks were added. Enabling requires approval, OAuth, and a new Codex task so tools load. |
| Slack | Untouched | No searches, reactions, messages or edits were made. The Layer and Zoe reviews are recorded only in this report. |
| Obsidian task list | Corrected | Two mistakenly added items were removed immediately after you clarified that Todoist is authoritative. |
| Customer.io | Untouched | No drafts, campaign settings, audiences or live sends were changed. |
| GitHub / Learn-Web | Untouched | No production files, branches, commits or pull requests were created. |
| Claude history | Reviewed locally | Nineteen active sessions from 20–21 August were reconciled. No session activity existed on 22–23 August. Nothing was uploaded. |
| Honcho | Not configured | The import preview could not run because Honcho has no local configuration. Local transcript review still completed without uploading. |
